Will: Caroline County, Virginia, 1773 November 3.

In his will of 3 November 1773, Thomas Scott left his slaves, money, and land to his wife Martha, daughter Frances Gatewood, granddaughter Martha Gatewood, and sons James, John, Rice, Robert, Samuel, Thomas, and William Scott. The lands were located in Prince Edward, Amherst, and Caroline counties.
